Delivery & Returns


Returns, replacements, credit notes and refunds are provided only where the product is faulty or damaged (except where the damage is cause in transit) and is at the sole discretion of HHH Distill. Please notify HHH Distill within 5 days of delivery if you believe a product to be faulty or damaged (email: HHH Distill reserves the right to request and review evidence that the product is faulty or damaged prior to issuing a refund. Where HHH Distill accepts a return, free return shipping may be provided and a replacement, credit note or refund will be issued once the product is received by HHH Distill and confirmed faulty or damaged. HHH Distill will notify you via email when your returned item has been received by HHH Distill. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, then we will process your refund back on the Payment Method you paid with. Refund to your Payment Method may take up to 2 business days. If your refund is not approved, you are responsible for return postage.

There are no returns for change-of-mind or purchased-in-error returns.

We may also cancel your order for delivery in exceptional circumstances, in which case we will issue you a refund. These circumstances include, but are not limited to, where the ordered products are not available, if there was an error in the price or description of the ordered products, or we consider that your order is in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Gift Vouchers are not refundable and will not be replaced nor money refunded after purchase.

Refunds of event tickets will only be issued at HHH Distill discretion.

Refunds will be issued if an event is cancelled by HHH Distill.


No refunds will be given for a change of mind, you didn’t like the flavour or for any other reason that is not related to a defect.

Should the product be found to be faulty, for example, the bottle is chipped in a place that may give rise to some danger to the customer, the product will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of HHH Distill after following the procedure detailed in the Returns Policy. In general, the product will be replaced unless it is out of stock, in which case it will be refunded.

A faulty product does not include wrinkled labels, deformed bottles or a broken cork top.


Once an online sale has been executed, the product will be packed and booked for pickup by the preferred courier at the time within 5 days.

Delivery time is variable depending on location and the state of the shipping industry. It is well understood that at the time of writing (2022) all shipping is generally slower. Customers are advised to check the web site of the preferred courier to understand current shipping conditions.

If a product is damaged in transit, the customer should advise the courier using the methods described on the courier’s web site, and provide this same advice to HHH Distill to In any event, after the above actions have been taken, HHH Distill will provide a replacement or a refund if the product is no longer available.

If the product is lost, the customer should follow the same steps as is the product was damaged. Once the courier has accepted that the product is lost, HHH Distill will replace the product unless it is no longer available, in which case a refund will be provided.
