Single Malt Whisky Batch #2
LIMITED EDITION
After the success of Batch #1 being Best Spirit in WA according to WA Goodfood Guide, Batch #2 Single Malt Whisky is now ready for consumption and it is at least as good as Batch #1. The tasting notes are different, there is a distinct caramel butter popcorn aroma, solid caramel and vanilla initial taste, followed by dried appricots and nutmeg with a subtle burnt oak finish. I know some will say I’m crazy (with good reason), and as much as I love a single malt straight up (and I love Batch #2 this way), this one makes the most insane old fashioned. If you don’t believe me, have a go.
Fun fact - due to troubles with cracking of the sealing wax on Batch #1, I have formulated my own wax for Batch #2 and a new colour (almost black but ambiguously not, with a hint of translucnet red). I call it Burnt Copper; you won’t find it anywhere else.

Almost all of the 137 bottles from Batch #1 were sold; I kept 7 for myself and for the historical record. This time around there are 180 bottles - another very limited release, and of course I will keep a few for history. I know you will like Batch #2, it really is easy to drink, tasty and smooth.
