Rough Honey Myrtle (Melaleuca scabra) was discovered in full purple flower by our head distiller whilst walking the HHH property. It adds a distinct yet subtle honey flavour to the contemporary Miss Myrtle gin, complementing the classic juniper notes.
Miss Myrtle is crafted in a signature HHH copper still in the heart of the Bickley Valley in Western Australia. This area is known for its rich soil and ideal climate, which contribute to the unique characteristics of the gin. The distillation process carefully preserves the delicate flavours of the Rough Honey Myrtle, ensuring that each bottle of Miss Myrtle gin offers a taste that is both sophisticated and refreshing.
